Analysts who sit with operators, not only with spreadsheets

Link Latticebase Co., Ltd. was established in 2016 in Yan Nawa, Bangkok, to help real estate operators turn rent rolls and expense ledgers into briefings their managers can defend in owner meetings.

Quiet Bangkok office with printed portfolio charts on a long work table

Official name and history

The registered business name is Link Latticebase Co., Ltd. The practice opened in 2016 after its founding analysts spent years supporting regional operators who inherited inconsistent ledgers across buildings. Early work focused on occupancy maps for mid-rise residential portfolios along Charoen Krung and nearby districts; engagements later expanded to mixed-use CapEx calendars and quarterly owner packs.

Mission

Give property operators in Thailand a shared visual picture of occupancy, collections, and capital timing so decisions happen with the same numbers on the table.

Working approach

We begin with the ledgers your teams already keep. Normalization, exception tagging, and chart drafts come next, followed by working sessions with asset or finance leads. Final packs are designed to be printed and reused, because many site briefings still happen away from large screens.

Values

  • Charts must match what managers see on site.
  • Exceptions belong in the legend, not buried in averages.
  • Briefings end with decisions and dates, not open-ended slide decks.

People and place

Our analysts work from Yan Nawa with visits to client offices and buildings across Bangkok and other Thai cities when a walkthrough clarifies vacancy or CapEx context. We stay close to operators’ meeting calendars rather than forcing a single reporting template on every portfolio.
