Standard scope covers up to 40 assets with two working sessions and a final briefing pack. Larger portfolios or multi-city site visits are quoted separately.
Occupancy and Lease Visualization From ฿42,000
Focused lease expiry maps and vacancy views. Pricing rises when retail and residential notice windows need separate legends and manager walkthroughs.
Expense and CapEx Briefing From ฿48,000
Expense concentration charts plus a capital calendar. Includes one workshop-style briefing; additional buildings or historical rebuilds affect the estimate.
Quarterly Operator Pack From ฿36,000 / quarter
Recurring visual packs for boards and regional managers. Retainer pricing assumes a stable chart set; major portfolio changes may require a re-baselining fee.
