Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to property portfolio analytics engagements commissioned from Link Latticebase Co., Ltd. It does not cover products, shipping, or software subscriptions because we do not sell those models on this site.
Eligibility
Fees paid toward an engagement may be refunded in whole or in part when work has not started, or when cancellation follows the timing rules below. Once chart drafting or data normalization has begun, refunds are typically partial and reflect completed stages.
Timeframe
Cancel in writing at least seven business days before the agreed kickoff date for a full refund of prepaid engagement fees, minus any non-refundable deposit stated in your engagement letter. Cancellations inside seven business days may receive up to 50% of prepaid fees if substantive work has not started.
Deposits
Some engagements require a deposit to reserve analyst time. Deposits are refundable under the full-refund window above unless the engagement letter marks a portion as non-refundable for scheduling costs.
Work already started
If intake, normalization, or draft charts have begun, we invoice completed stages and refund only unused prepaid amounts. Deliverables produced before cancellation remain licensed for your internal use as delivered.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule kickoff once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling charge reflecting analyst reallocation.
No-shows
Missed working sessions without 24 hours’ notice may be counted as delivered for that session. We will offer one makeup session where calendars allow.
Process and timing
Email refund requests to info@link-latticebase.click with your engagement reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
Exceptions
Third-party costs already incurred with your written approval (for example courier of printed packs or venue hire for an on-site briefing) are non-refundable. Force majeure events may allow mutual rescheduling instead of refund.
